Karp Frosh is a plaintiffs' personal injury and general civil litigation firm with offices in Washington, D.C., northern Virginia and throughout Maryland. The "Legal Times" -- a publication covering the local legal community -- recently listed Karp Frosh as the fifth largest firm in the Maryland suburbs. Karp Frosh does not strive to be the largest firm in the D.C. metropolitan area, just the Firm that can secure the best measure of justice for its clients.
The Firm has the highest possible rating from Martindale Hubbell -- the nation's preeminent attorney rating service -- and has co-counseled major cases referred by attorneys in New York, Chicago, Boston, California, Florida, Pennsylvania, Texas, New Jersey and, of course, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. The Firm is proud of the fact that over half its major cases are referred by attorneys who trust Karp Frosh to represent their clients in court.
The firm is now accepting Personal Injury cases on Maryland's eastern shore and Ocean City, in the following counties: Talbot, Wicomico, Worcester, Dorchester and Queen's Anne's.
Although Karp Frosh seeks practical solutions to its clients' problems without resorting to litigation, the Firm is ready and able to go to court when necessary. The same three partners also appeared in the December 2007 issue of the Washingtonian Magazine as among the top one percent of lawyers in the D.C. metropolitan area. As part of the Firm's growth, its practice areas have expanded over the past few years to include Commercial Litigation, Business Law, Estate Planning, Employment Law, and Domestic Relations and Family Law. Yet despite the Firm's growth, Karp Frosh has been able to maintain close, personal relationships with its clients. Indeed, to better communicate with clients whose first language is not English, Karp Frosh has attorneys and staff members who speak Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic and Korean.

- Ron Karp has served for more than 20 years on the Washington Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League, an organization devoted to fighting bigotry.
- Brian Frosh has served in the Maryland State Legislature for more than 20 years, first in the House of Delegates and presently in the Senate. He recently served as Chair of the Chesapeake Bay Commission, and is an Honorary Director of the Hebrew Home of Greater Washington.
- Lee Norwind has devoted years to serving on the Board of Trustees for The Barnesville School.
- Phil Kessel acted as a "lawyer volunteer," providing free legal representation to those seeking recovery from the September 11th Victims Compensation Fund.
