Brian E. Frosh - Brian Frosh handles commercial litigation and real estate law for the firm. Brian recently was selected to appear in "Best Lawyers in America" (a listing of the top one percent of lawyers in the United States, based on interviews with other lawyers). He has also been listed in the Washington Post and Washingtonian Magazine as one of the "Best Lawyers" in the D.C. metropolitan area and in "Super Lawyers" as one of the best lawyers in Maryland. Brian has been a member of the Maryland Senate since 1995, and currently is Chairman of the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee.  Brian is a past president of the Maryland-India Business Roundtable. Brian is a graduate of Wesleyan University and Columbia Law School, and has been practicing law for over 25 years.
