Brian E. Frosh - Brian Frosh handles commercial litigation and real estate law for the firm.  Brian recently was selected to appear in "Best Lawyers in America" (a listing of the top one percent of lawyers in the United States, based on interviews with other lawyers), was listed in the December 2004 edition of "Washingtonian Magazine" as one of the "Best Lawyers" in the D.C. metropolitan area.  Brian has been a member of the Maryland Senate since 1995.  He is Chairman of the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee. Brian is a graduate of Wesleyan University and Columbia Law School, and has been practicing law for over 25 years.
