Joshua Berman handles a variety of personal injury litigation for the firm.  He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and of the University of Maryland School of Law.  Joshua is a former intern to the Honorable Judge Lynne Battaglia for the Maryland Court of Appeals, as well as a former Articles Editor for the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy.  He is licensed to practice law in Maryland and is a certified mediator.
