Kenneth Braunstein - Ken Braunstein is a member of the Board of Governors of the D.C. Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Maryland, Virginia and D.C. Bar Associations. Ken has been litigating cases in all three jurisdictions since graduating with honors from the George Washington University Law School in 1972. He has served as an arbitrator and mediator for the D.C. Superior Court's renowned Alternative Dispute Resolution Program since its inception in 1989. Ken's litigation experience includes personal injury and contract matters as well as probate administration of estates and trusts.
