Richard Tomar - Chair of the firm's Commercial Litigation practice, Richard specializes in complex civil litigation. He is a graduate of Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Richard handles a wide range of commercial, corporate, business, tort and family litigation. He has lectured at the ABA National Institutes, Georgetown University Law Center, National College of Advocacy, Bank Administration Institute, ABA Business Law Section, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The American University and the District of Columbia School of Law. He has been recognized nationally in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law and Who's Who in Practicing Attorneys. Richard is a past member of the Board of Governors of the District of Columbia Trial Lawyers Association, the District of Columbia Superior Court Trial Lawyers Association and District of Columbia Bar Association Court of Appeals Committee.  In 2007, Richard participated as a U.S. delegate to the Joint Conference on the Rule of Law in St. Petersburg, Russia.
