Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Cases

Any case that involves head trauma and a brain injury (whether it is from an auto accident, malpractice or a fall) is very serious.

We have been representing clients in these cases for years and we have a unique advantage: we have a neurosurgeon on board with a law degree. We can walk down the hall to his office and show him MRI's, CT scans and other films. He helps us prepare for depositions and trials and helps us get cases resolved. We also have a certified Physician's Assistant right in our office who can read medical records, conduct research and advise us on medical issues in the case.

Most law firms have to send the records out to determine if there is a meritorious case. We have a team in-house that works with our attorneys and helps us make those decisions which saves clients money and time in evaluating their case.
